Swissotel Chicago
Ok, today is March 7, 2022. I am on an Amtrak train. I haven't been on a train since I was a little girl, around the age of maybe 14-16. It's Monday, and it's 1:39 pm- eastern time. I am on a train with my aunt.
This ride is so exciting to me. I have set a few goals for my life. I have previously written about some of the new things that I would like to venture out in now that my children are all young adults. In a few of my older blogs, I wrote about my wanting to travel around the world, so here I am.
I am currently on a train, and we are in Indiana. Wow, is this the state that the Jackson’s lived in when they were children? I think so. The train is headed to Chicago. I've never been to Chicago before; I'm excited to be passing through. I would love to plan a trip here for a few days to explore some food areas and visit historical places in the city. I heard that there are a lot of delicious restaurants here and plenty of exciting social attractions.
Well, our destination is Texas. I have never been to Texas before, and I think for my first in a long time traveling experience, this is a grand place to start.
My cousin and his beautiful family live in Texas, and I thought that a train ride from Cleveland, where I live, to across the U.S., would be the perfect opportunity for me to explore life while being still within myself.
During this ride, there have been major delays, but I am not letting it bother me at all. I am so thankful to be able to get away from my everyday “normal ” living routine. I have lived most of my life basically the same way up until today.
I ask for specific things in my life. I put something in the air by speaking it, then claiming it. I manifest what I want my life to be like. Everything that I have asked for is slowly and surely coming true. Everything that I have wished for has been and is happily and successfully being fulfilled, and it has been this way for some time now. I know that I have the power to make my life exactly how I want it to be.
I feel that a lot of times, we live in this world and allow it to dictate our lives. I fully control how I want things to work out for me. I've said before that I was ready to begin traveling; by the grace of God, the opportunity to do so came sooner than I could have imagined.
So, my first vacation is to Texas; yes, it is a long ride on a train, especially coming from Ohio, especially with some delays, but I am using this time wisely, and I'm sharing this time with my mom’s baby sister. How sweet is that? So far, it's relaxing on the train, and it's tranquil. The temperature is perfect on the train, and it's not too cold or too hot. I have plenty of leg space, and no one is sitting next to me, so that's a blessing. Sometimes you just want to sit alone, lol.
I just want to see the world, and my time is now. I am not going to allow anything or anyone to get in my way of accomplishing any of my goals. I will be vlogging and blogging this trip. I have not vlogged in before, but I did talk about doing it in my earlier blogs that I wrote, so this should be fun. I'm sharing the birth of my vlogging while having fun with life.
Where I live, I plan to visit many places that I have never been to. I'm going to also get to know my State as much as l can. I will be traveling all over the world. I want the world to feel me in every part.
The train is good therapy because it's serene, smooth, quiet, and I can sightsee. On the train, I am alone with my thoughts while in a different environment than usual.
I am headed to the other side of the Country. I can look out my window and watch the blue skies with no worries. I would like to give thanks to the Most High for allowing me to go on this trip and for reassuring me that others are on the rise. Thanks are given to those who bless me with making this train adventure happen. Barriers were put in front of me to try to prevent this from happening, “BUT GOD,” he made a way for me, I give all-mighty Thanks To You God.
Watch out for me; I may soon be enjoying life and its fruits in your hometown So be it.
