Iyamah's Self-Wellness Friday
Updated: Jun 10, 2022
I hope that you all are having a “Fabulous Friday.” Greeting my loves. I have decided to write this week's blog about how I start my glorious rising each day.
I'm sending out my love to you all, especially if you have taken some time out of your day to read my blogs. My blogs typically do not read long and I think they are very refreshing and insightful, just like me.
I am on a natural and powerful high frequency easily, so when I wake up in the morning, no matter what has previously happened, no matter how tough my day was before that early rising, I am completely happy in my spirit which reaches through my entire body. When I wake up I thank the Most High immediately, then I give thanks and praise to my ancestors who are divine as well. They all watch over my being and guide me on the correct path.
It's crazy because for some people you almost have to remind them to be happy. Some people you have to remind to be grateful. I began each day with a joyful spirit, even if some unexpected circumstance come to pass my way, I have enough of a positive, motivating spirit inside of me to keep me gassed up so that when the bad stuff occurs, I'm still in good spirits to pull me through those rough patches.
Even if we all take one step at a time for happiness that is good enough. I like to remind myself of all the wonderful things I have going on in my life. The manner in which I start my day is usually how it ends.
I also feed my body with divine water using my copper cup first thing in the morning. When we are sleeping, our body is basically being still, and during the night, we become dehydrated, all of our organs are not getting refreshed while we are sleeping, therefore as soon as we wake in the morning, we need to replenish our full body, which in turn activate the healthy functioning of our brain.
Make sure that you are conscious of what you are doing when you start your day. When you wake up, you sometimes feel tired and have to refuel. If you start by drinking the wrong thing first thing in the morning, your whole day will follow by you chasing the effects of that drink.
You feel and think from what you absorb. You want a healthy brain and organs right? Just because you don't see what's on the inside of you, does not mean that you ignore what's a part of your whole beautiful self.
I also meditate to begin my day. Meditating early in the morning when it's still dark out and most of the world is still asleep is rewarding in so many forms. I've learned that all I need to make myself feel good, is me. I also love to write as you all know by now. The best time for me to begin writing is early morning. My brain is freshly prepared to utilize all the collected data that I've downloaded.
I'm just saying, I feel excited every time I open my eyes, and I have put in the work to make this a great Friday. I hope you all are enjoying this day as well.
